Our bi-annual service gives you total peace of mind by combining our 28+ point inspection with a second check of your unit per manufacturer recommendations.
First Service (Major) includes: Tune up of your generator. Change oil and oil filter, replace spark plug(s), replace or service air filter, clean battery terminals, check and set voltage and frequency, visual condition inspection of generator and wiring, visual inspection for rodent nests or damage (the major cause of engine failures), set RPM’s, check battery charging, test and run. Check for any manufacturer updates. Reset exercise if required. Includes Preventative Maintenance On-Site Checklist sent for your records. Includes travel to and from Madbury, oil, spark plug(s), air filter, hazardous waste disposal and labor. Second Service (Minor) includes: Check unit over, including oil, oil filter, spark plug(s), and air filters. Clean battery terminals, visual inspection of condition and wires, check for rodent nests. Test and run, set RPM’s. Check for any manufacturers’ updates, reset exercise if requires. Includes a Preventative Maintenance On-Site Checklist sent for your records. Includes travel to and from Madbury and labor, does not include any parts. • The BEST Agreement includes unlimited phone support year-round. |
