Our annual service gives you total peace of mind with our 28-point inspection
(This is the minimum service recommended by the manufacturer) Service includes: Tune up of your generator. Change oil and oil filter, replace spark plug(s), replace or service air filter, clean battery terminals, check and set voltage and frequency, visual condition inspection of generator and wiring, visual inspection for rodent nests or damage (the major cause of engine failures), set RPM’s, check battery charging, test and run. Check for any manufacturer updates. Reset exercise if required. Includes Preventative Maintenance On-Site Checklist sent for your records. Includes travel to and from Madbury, oil, spark plug(s), air filter, hazardous waste disposal and labor. • The BETTER Agreement includes unlimited phone support year-round. Additional Perks: • 24/7 Priority Emergency Road Service at a discounted price. • If additional service calls, work, or other parts are needed, it is not included in the cost of the Better Preventative Maintenance Agreement, however, a 10% discount will be applied on non-warranty parts, labor and travel. |
